Each Captain (Vice Captain if the captain is not played) will have a say on who will be given a Seated position. Should a player lose a Canon character as a Captain, and that character is picked up by someone else, then that person will have a say on current and any new applicants for Seated Position(s).

Contacting the player of the Captain or Vice Captain directly may decrease the time in which you wait for an answer.

Vice Captain Applicants

All requests for Vice Captain positions will be made In-Character with the current Captain of the Squad. If there is no current Captain, the character will either be NPCed or another Captain Character will judge the thread. The thread will include a variety of tests that will help to determine if a character is good enough to be promoted to Vice Captain status. These tests will include their abilities in Zanjutsu, Kido, Hakuda, and Shikai. An ability to prove their control over Reiatsu will also be considered.


Captain Applicants

All requests for Captain positions will be made In-Character with the Captain Commander, as well as one or two other Captains to help judge. The thread will include a variety of tests, including a demonstration of Zanjutsu, Kido, Hakuda, and Reiatsu. The character must be able to demonstrate their Shikai, as well as their Bankai.
